Project Title: Alcohol and Pregnancy: Health Promotion Messages that Work
Type of Project: Formative research

Target Group: Women of child-bearing age, including women planning a pregnancy and pregnant women
Aims:
1. To develop a range of messages suitable for a communication campaign for women of childbearing age, pregnant women and women planning a pregnancy about alcohol use in pregnancy.
2. To identify the message(s) that most effectively increase the intentions of women of childbearing age, pregnant women and women planning a pregnancy to reduce or abstain from alcohol during pregnancy.

Project Title: Drink or Drunk: Why do staff at licensed premises continue to serve intoxicated patrons despite current legislation and responsible service of alcohol training?

Project Title: Safer Bars WA
Type of Project: Pilot- Intervention
Location: Metropolitan Perth

Target Group: Crowd Controllers and other staff at licensed premises
Aims: To adapt and pilot the Safer Bars training package for Western Australia as a means to reduce violent incidents in and around licensed premises through up-skilling licensed premise staff.
