With support from the Shopping Centre and funding from the Department of Sport and Recreation and the City of Cockburn, the Injury Control Council of WA has implemented a brand new Mall Walking group at Phoenix Shopping Centre.

When:     Walks are on Wednesday and Fridays 
Enter:     Meet out the front of Coles at 7.45am for a 8am start.
What:     Program includes a warm up and cool down facilitated by ICCWA trained volunteer 
                    walk leaders
Cost:       FREE
