Mall Walking Group

The Garden City Shopping Centre mall walking group was officially launched on Friday 16th May 2003.

The  walk program includes warm up and stretching exercises and a walk for a distance of 300m, 500m or 1km depending on ability. The walk finishes with cool down and stretching exercises at around 9.00am. Transport to Garden City Shopping Centre is either by individual transport,  public transport or by bus through City of Melville and Melville Cares Transport.

When:   The Walk Friendly group meets on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7.45am for a 8.00am start
Enter:   Meet at the Homewares mall in front of Priceline.  
Cost:     FREE
