Belmont Forum Shopping Centre
Mall Walking Group

The Belmont Forum Shopping Centre mall walking group is a great opportunity for older people to walk in a friendly safe and undercover environment. The group was launched in August 2005 by Cr. Glenys Godfrey Mayor of the City of Belmont.

The Walk Program includes a warm up, the walk (at your own pace and a distance that’s comfortable for you), and cool down and stretching exercises facilitated by ICCWA trained volunteer walk leaders.

When:  Walks are held every Wednesday and Friday morning at 7.45am.
Enter:   Walkers enter the shopping centre from the Harvey Norman entrance and meet in front of Woolworths.
Cost:     FREE
