These annual awards showcase the excellent work being undertaken in Western Australia and also help us to  recognise the significant impact and important role these people have in highlighting community safety issues in our community.

The Awards continue to grow significantly each year with nominations from a wide range of dedicated individuals and organisations.  Finalists and winners of the ICCWA Community Safety Awards are widely acknowledged for their achievements in promoting injury prevention and community safety.

CATEGORIES ARE:

ICCWA Community Innovation Award
Recognising innovative action by  individuals or  organisations to promote safety  in their local communities

ICCWA Outstanding Achievement in Community Safety
Recognising  individuals or organisations that have made a significant impact in community safety in Western Australia

ICCWA Research Award
Recognising excellence in community safety research undertaken in Western Australia

ICCWA Media Award
Recognising excellence in reporting of community safety  issues and prevention programs and activities in Western Australia.

ICCWA Student Award
Recognising the achievements and leadership of students in a community safety  study program
